BOOM+ Kapas Marang International Swimathon 2023

The openwater race covers 6.5km open sea cross channel swimming from Pulau Kapas to Kelulut Beach in Marang Terengganu.

Organized By Terengganu State Government and Terengganu State Sport And Youth Council in cooperation with AMMJB Swimmers Events & Clinics

An iconic Openwater Event in Malaysia and enthusiasts from Openwater Swimmers and Triathletes join to take their ability to the next Challenge.

1) Swimmers must wear swim cap
2) No wetsuit allowed
3) Safety Buoy is compulsory
4) No aid to their speed, endurance and buoyancy is allowed
5) Swimmers exceed the Cut Of Time will be removed from the water by Safety Team
6) Swimmers shall have their numbers clearly displayed on their arms or swim cap
7) No compression wear is allowed
8) To complete the race swimmers should start at flag off point and finishes running Finish Arch
